The service was absolutely top notch! If I could leave 10 stars I would! The front desk staff and valets were so nice. The rooms could use some updates and modernization but aside from that, we’d definitely stay here again! Clean, convenient and fairly priced. Also, Walmart is right across the street in case you need anything you may have forgotten to pack!
Just a few steps away from the heart of the city, the Mission Carlton hotel it's been one of the most iconic buildings in town. Built in the 60s, holds the title of one of the 2 first skycrappers of Guadalajara, and after a few renovations and revamps in the past years, the facilities are and affordable yet modern option to explore the city.
I enjoyed this place....16th floor didn't bother me! The elevator is so clean; and I had a nice experience at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Beautiful hotel! We came for a special assembly of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was held in a large conference room on the second floor. There were around 750 people. Even though there was a lot of people, it didn't feel overly cramped. The hotel lobby is very spacious and well decorated. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Many of them would go out of there way if you had any questions. Wow the building is beautiful outside and inside. Inside it seemed like wall to wall marble. Even outside near the pool there was beautiful stone work all around the in ground pool.
I was at the "Genesis" bar celebrating my birthday, it's a weird and cool place, drinks are cheap and music is all about 80's to early 2000 so a lot of dancing, the place itself is old and could use a lot of maintenance :P
We went to the hotel for an assembly. We were also an overnight guest. The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating. However, the room was not as clean as it should have been. It wasn't terrible but the floor should have been vacuumed and the shower cleaner.
Great sized room with all accessories, double king size bed, only toilet and bath have a bit issue as old fixing. But considerable. Upon entering I was confused whether i booked a suite or not!!! it is such a big room. I have been here since last 15 days and hoping to be here for a bit long.
Returning customer here. Very good experience for the price. Book through Expedia and get a nice discount. I haven't tried the restaurant but the hotel is a really good deal. Has a pool. Rooms are clean and well kept. Rooms have WiFi. Walmart is a block away. Well recommended. It isn't the Marriott, but it's a very good deal.
